Refunds, returns and exchanges
We understand the importance of your satisfaction as a customer and we strive to ensure that every purchase you make from us lives up to your expectations. However, due to the unique nature of our collectible items, we have implemented the following return policy:Refunds: We do not offer refunds on items due to their nature and variation in value over time.
Exchanges: Exchanges are not available for items.
Exceptions: We will make an exception for cases where the product received does not correspond to what was ordered based on the photo displayed on the site. In such cases, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to discuss return or replacement options. Please note that the difference in the location of the autograph on the item compared to the image displayed on the site is not a valid reason for a refund.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@emblemsignatures.com quoting your order number and attaching a photo of the item's condition. We will handle these matters on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
